STEPS TO SYNC
1. Select your data source. HLA FiT currently supports Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin and Fitbit.
2. Always remember to sync with your data source first before syncing with HLA FiT app.

HLA FiT is the first fitness app in Malaysia that comes with SCOR's Biological Age Model algorithm.

The algorithm calculates your FiT Age based on your age, gender, health levels and how active you are.

The more active you are, the younger your FiT Age. Your points are then generated depending on your FiT Age.

You can view your FIT Age progress for the day, estimated point earnings, total points, plus view interesting articles on health and wellness!

You can view your activity data including steps, calories, BMI, resting heart rate and sleep under the 'Activity' tab

Make sure to sync at least once every 2 weeks, otherwise your activity will not count towards your point balance.

Earn points by tracking a daily minimum of 4,000 steps.

Sync with your data source (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit), before syncing to HLA FiT as we pull data from your data source.

Stay active and sync regularly to earn points and redeem rewards!
