The Insurance and Takaful industry will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey to measure the customer service levels among insurers and takaful operators in Malaysia. This survey is aimed at improving the overall customer experience and ensuring that clients receive the services they are entitled to, according to the Customer Service Charter (CSC).


NielsenIQ Malaysia will be conducting this survey March - June 2023. If you are approached for this survey, either via email, phone calls, or online interviews, your participation would be greatly appreciated.
